Delivery

Your order will be delivered by postal service. In order to offer free or heavily discounted delivery we have sourced the best value and most reliable operators we can and aim to get your goods to you within reasonable time. We do appreciate, however, that sometimes you will need your purchase sooner, so we do also offer a faster service for a small extra fee. All deliveries will need to be signed for. For delivery outside the EU please select your ‘location’ on our checkout page and the delivery charge for your location will be displayed. Where goods are purchased for delivery outside the EU – it is the responsibility of the purchaser/importer to pay any locally imposed duties. Free International Delivery Offer – Subject to availability: If jacket is subsequently returned for refund we will refund less the actual shipping rate paid to send the goods (not our regular shipping rates). If jacket is returned for exchange you will be required to fund the re-delivery.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.90 inside Estonia. We ship generally with Omniva or DHL. If you wish to receive your order by Express Shipping, please contact us by email info@renardspeedshop.com.

For delivering outside the E.U., e.g. Switzerland, Norway or US, we dispatch the goods tax-free (20% VAT). Perhaps you have to pay other costs e.g. payment of duty, taxes or service fees by the import into your homeland which you can find out from your custom authorities.

Payment

We accept credit card, debit card (MasterCard / Visa / Solo / Switch / Maestro) and Paypal payments via … secure payment gateway. The goods will not be dispatched until the customer’s funds that have been paid and have cleared in full.
